本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）は、Kokokaraアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
第1条（端末内に保存する情報）
本アプリは、選択したテーマ、お気に入り、閲覧履歴、初回設定の完了状態など、アプリの動作に必要な情報をユーザーの端末内に保存します。本アプリはユーザーアカウントを作成せず、これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。
第2条（広告サービスが取り扱う情報）
本アプリは広告配信のために Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK および User Messaging Platform SDK）を利用します。Google は、設定、端末、地域およびユーザーの選択に応じて、次の情報を処理する場合があります。
- IPアドレスおよびIPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
- 端末識別子または広告識別子（法令および端末設定で許可される場合）
- クラッシュ、診断、パフォーマンスに関する情報
- 広告の表示、操作およびアプリ内での一般的な操作情報
Googleによる取り扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の使用をご確認ください。
第3条（利用目的とユーザーの選択）
広告サービスが取り扱う情報は、広告の配信と効果測定、不正利用の防止、サービスの安全性および品質向上のために使用されます。法令上必要な地域では、広告を要求する前に同意画面を表示します。再設定が必要な場合は、本アプリの設定画面に「広告のプライバシー設定」が表示されます。
本アプリは現時点で、iOSのApp Tracking Transparency許可ダイアログを独自に要求しません。許可なくIDFAを利用することはありません。
第4条（サービス提供者および国外での処理）
本アプリは、広告配信に必要な範囲でGoogleに情報処理を委託します。また、本アプリ内から表示するプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約はGitHub Pagesで公開しています。これらのページへアクセスすると、GitHubはサービスのセキュリティおよび完全性を保つため、訪問者のIPアドレスを記録する場合があります。詳細は、GitHub Pagesにおけるデータ収集およびGitHub一般プライバシー声明をご確認ください。
法令に基づく要請がある場合に情報が開示されることがあります。GoogleおよびGitHubは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従い、ユーザーの居住国以外で情報を処理する場合があります。
第5条（保存期間と安全管理）
端末内のアプリデータは、ユーザーが削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。GoogleおよびGitHubが処理する情報の保存期間と安全管理は、それぞれのポリシーに従います。
第6条（本ポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーは、機能、利用サービス、法令等の変更に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更は、本アプリ、公式サイトまたはアプリストアを通じてお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how the Kokokara application (the “App”) handles information.
Article 1 (Information stored on your device)
The App stores information needed for its features on your device, including selected themes, favorites, viewing history, and initial-setup status. The App does not create user accounts or send this information to a server operated by the developer.
Article 2 (Information handled by advertising services)
The App uses Google AdMob, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform SDK, to provide advertising. Depending on configuration, device, region, and your choices, Google may process:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
- device or advertising identifiers where permitted by law and device settings;
- crash, diagnostic, and performance information; and
- ad impressions, ad interactions, and general in-app interaction information.

Article 3 (Purposes and your choices)
Advertising-service information is used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve safety, reliability, and quality. Where legally required, the App presents a consent message before requesting ads. When a renewed choice is required, an “Ad privacy choices” entry appears in the App's settings.
The App does not currently initiate Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt and does not use IDFA without permission.
Article 4 (Service providers and international processing)
The App engages Google to process information as needed to provide advertising. The privacy policy and terms shown from within the App are hosted on GitHub Pages. When you access these pages, GitHub may log visitor IP addresses to maintain the security and integrity of the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Google and GitHub may process information outside your country of residence in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Article 5 (Retention and security)
App data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Information processed by Google and GitHub is retained and protected according to their respective policies.
Article 6 (Changes to this Policy)
This Policy may be updated when features, service providers, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the App, official website, or app store.
